Hi ! Can I give spinach ( in khichdi) to my 7 months old baby? Yesterday I gave him..but he was crying. I need to gave him 2 times colicaid. So pl suggest.

Yes you can give. Soak dal before cooking and mash it properly. Use moong daal. Easy to digest
