D and c in done under anesthesia So no pain And weight doesn't matter

Weight is never the factor here. D and C is an invasive procedure and is done only when indicated.It is an invasive procedure and hence it is painful.But if done under proper anesthesia, reduces pain totally.
Next Steps
she should also be prepared before the procedure for better results.
