I had a silent miscarriage about 2 weeks ago. Please suggest about abortion. II had an ultrasound 4 days ago which showed no growth and no heartbeat and had an ultrasound yesterday also which showed no growth and no heart beat again. Please suggest what is less risky- medicine or getting it removed at hospital.
