Do an ultrasound of Pelvis first to ensure the pregnancy is inside the uterus only. Then go ahead with the pills. Also, remember that in patients with previous LSCS, the abortus may adhere inside and not get expelled completely so make sure you report to your doctor if bleeding persists after taking the pills

Whether an MTP kit can be given at 7weeks will depend upon the size of the gestational sac If it is only retained products yes irrespective of the cesarean you can take this
