Abnormal WBC count all 0

I took a complete blood test, I have 6 abnormalities.Vitamin D is low,14.6 Blood count EDTA Whole blood RBC 5.58 Esr 25, WBC. Monocytes 0 Absolute monocytes 0 Absolute basophil 0 What could be the reason? Should I be worried? I am easy to get sick as well.
