Hi I am married, I had 3 children's. I am working in a reputed company. My problem is my thoughts about women Whenever I saw girls or women, I am getting bad thoughts on them. To get Masterbute by self more, I know it's not good.. But after married my mind something thinking in wrong way. Because of this I couldn't able to success in my professional.. All the time bad thoughts ruin my time, in Teenage I watched numerous xxx video's.. Which I shouldn't. Please suggest how to over come on this.

It's a Obssessive thoughts .. thoughts that u unable to resist ..it comes again and again , and after that u r feeling guilty.. Listen it's not your fault as it is come involuntarily..so mainly some therapy plus medicine may help you out

From what you have described it looks like obsessive thoughts followed by compulsions of masturbation it is normal but if it’s hampering your day to day and family life kindly consult a psychiatrist
