Abnormal periods

Am experiencing abnormal periods since one month and it's almost one month 10 days still am bleeding... Some days spotting and sometimes heavy bleeding.. Previos history : Myomectomy done in March 2019 Not married yet Kindly suggest me any medicines which can help me cure this. Right now taking Pause 500 tab and yasmin tab.

We  can .prescribe   some  medication but  through   evaluaton  is  needed   for  the  time  u  can take    trapic  tab  thrice   a  day
