I had anger issues with a single person only.. Whenever he doesn't listens to what I m saying.. I got annoyed..he says I m mad.. As earlier I was very silent.. I never got angry.. Never replied to anybody harshly.. Now I am completely changed since a year.. I don't know why.. I get annoyed often and it causes headache issues..

You have mentioned that you have anger issues with one person only. You have not given any other details of what this person means to you and what gives you cause for anger. It may possibly be a relationship that is not going the way you expect or want. Sometimes, it is a good idea to sit back and take a fresh look at whether the problem lies with the other person, with you, or perhaps just in the way you relate to each other.
Next Steps
It always helps to get a third person's perspective which is more objective and balanced.
Health Tips
If you don't get a clearer understanding as to why this particular relationship is becoming dysfunctional, you may carry these issues into your future ones also.

Generally,  we show our Anger with our closed set of people. I think your expectations about him from him are higher.
Next Steps
You identify this underlying trigger  behind that attitude and can resolve it. Perhaps,  for that,  you could consult a psychologist.
