My histopathological report for tuberculosis (ultrasound guided biopsy) is negative but my CT scan says enlraged lymph node and tuberculosis. I am on att for more then three months but still don't feel any improvement .my abdominal pain( severe pain in upper abdomen ) episodes are worst then before. Can it be something else .my test (biopsy)was negative for cancer. Buscopan injection does not work on my pain. Only after Tramadol I feel better. What can be reason behind that much severe pain. Please suggest me which test can confirm why having this severe pain.someone told me capsule endoscopy.
