Ovaries Left ovary: Normal Right ovary: Lesion 52 x 35 mm (approx. 5.2 x 3.5 cm) Fat signal with eccentric foci of fluid No solid enhancing components 3. Additional Lesion 15 x 9 mm lesion near the left round ligament Hypointense on T1 and T2 Mild post-contrast enhancement ➤ Possibly a round ligament fibroid 4. Abdominal Wall Defect 25 mm defect in infraumbilical abdominal wall Contains herniated omental fat
