Abdominal pain

I am having lower abdominal pain and a feeling of fullness today. I have a history of ovarian cyst and small hernia. Surgery required or not  MRI Report Summary 1. Uterus Anteverted, bulky uterus Fibroids present: Intramural and subserosal Largest: 26 x 27 mm (posterior wall) Endometrial thickness: 3 mm Cervix: Mucosal thickening 2. Ovaries Left ovary: Normal Right ovary: Lesion 52 x 35 mm (approx. 5.2 x 3.5 cm) Fat signal with eccentric foci of fluid No solid enhancing components 3. Additional Lesion 15 x 9 mm lesion near the left round ligament Hypointense on T1 and T2 Mild post-contrast enhancement ➤ Possibly a round ligament fibroid 4. Abdominal Wall Defect 25 mm defect in infraumbilical abdominal wall Contains herniated omental fat

Hernia diagnosis is clinical. The need for repair of the hernia can't be assessed by MRI. Please consult a Gynaecologist or a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination to plan for further management of hernia.
