He got abdominal pain and when he passes urine he feels pain like when our body getting heat on that urinary bladder getting pain no like that. On that same time left leg is swelling. He can't eat property if eat food he feels stomach is very tight

Looks like urinary bladder infection. Do test -urine routine microscopy.Check  blood sugar levels. T.norflox 400 mg twice a day for 3 days.
