Mild upper stomach pain and blood in stool. No constipation. But still there is blood in stool. What medicines to take? What could be the reason?

U need proper evaluation... if there is blood in stool then there is a chance of upper gi bleed that can be any ulcer or anything for which endoscopy needs to be done .... get ur basic blood tests done first ... n also let me know about the number of times u notice blood in stool and was it fresh blood or clots were there???
