Abdominal left side pain

Hello doctor last July 16 2019 I got c-section after I never got any pain stiches and wound are completely heal.but now I have severe inside pain on my abdominal left side and feeling so much tired .am a hypothyroid patient am taking that medicine too. Pls help me

Pain may be due to some other cause. If persist do sonography and urine test. Chack thyroid again . Due to urine infection u may have tiredness. Have Plenty of water

Your left abdominal pain can be due to urinary infection.. as c section wound is healed well it can't cause pain.. possibility of adjesions also there
