Abdominal cramps

Hi, I am trying for pregnancy. My cycle length is 26-28 days... I didn't do ovulation study in this cycle but I have never seen problem in ovulation when I did it earlier. In this cycle I am getting abdominal cramps on both sides since day 18 till today i.e. on 22nd day. Those are not sharp but making me uncomfortable. I didn't notice any spotting or unusual discharge. Could it be implantation cramps? I am confused... Is it implantation or period cramps ?

You have to wait for the date of your next period. If you don't get your periods by the due date then you should do a urine pregnancy test. There is no point in making a wild guess at this stage while in another week everything will be clear.
