Abdominal cramp during pregnancy

I am 32 yr old female . currently I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant..I had this huge abdominal cramp today at around 2am in the morning. I was sleeping .it was sudden and severe.has difficulty while passing urine . accompanied by lowe abdominal cramp .the pain subsided within 45 mins.i went to sleep .woke up p with mild cramping on one side of lower abdomen.now o am not facing any severe cramps.thimgs are normal when I am lying down in bed .I feel little uncomfortable when walking .is it normal? I usually feel a little bot of cramp every day that subsides after some time or when I change position.but I am really scared after what happened today .can anyone help please

Little bit of cramps are normal during pregnancy. Get a routine urine test done and ultrasound to be done to rule out any ectopic pregnancy

Little cramp  is a normal pressure symptom of pregnancy severe cramp  requires urgent ultrasound to rule out an ectopic pregnancy
