Have abdominal pain from naval till buttocks and lower back. Was told its gastritis a week back and took 3 days medicines....wasn't regular with the dose. Again facing same issue today..no nausea, periodic burping ..main issue is pain in lumbar region and upper buttocks and abdominal pain till pubis

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Zerodol-spas twice a day after food for 3 days. Drink plenty of fluids. If it still persists, then get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
