Sir /madam I am trying to conceive for last 7 months sometimes I skip my periods now for last 4 months my periods are regular I am 11 days late home pregnancy test diagnoses negative I have lower abdomen pain please suggest.

You are having irregular menstrual cycles. Please visit a gynaecologist to use medication to regularize your menstrual cycle and diagnose the cause of irregular cycles.
