Hello Dr., I'm 28 years old. I have been having abdominal pain for 2 months.  I have got an ultrasound done. Please see my report and tell me what I do? What are the problems?

They ultrasound does not show any reason for the abdominal pain The ultrasound mentions polycystic ovaries They only treatment of this is to exercise and maintain a healthy BMI
