Hi , I just noticed that a testicular mass in one testicles. There is no pain. I think its from more than a year . I am unmarried. Going to get marry soon.is there any problem in fertility , if it does not get treated or late treatment or even after treatment?? is sperm count will be affected due to hydrocele??
