Consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon or a General Surgeon for assessment. If this lump has been the same size for 2 years and is close to the skin it is most likely a harmless or benign growth. If there are any concerns on examination then it can be removed and studied under the microscope to know it's true pathology.

Get your self examined first by a orthopaedic surgeon.  If its. A benign tumour den treatment options are much simpler,  but if it's a malignant tumour den tough life.
