A small hard cyst or something on labia

I am having a tiny urad daal size bead like thing in my left labia which might be of 3-5mm in size since last one year.I have recurring vaginal folliculitis issue and such an episode i found this.Its inside the skin ,i can hold with fingers it feel a tiny pearl or bead and slightly move but like attached to the skin,nothing visible on skin it will feel to touch only,it didn't grow,no pain ,no itch nothing but its not going away.Image attached ,please tell me what is this
