A single pile in external anal region

I am having a small pile since 4-5 months. I am taking some powder also for digestion for some time. I am taking prefect and nutritious diet. I am taking sitzs bath regularly. That pile is at the verge of getting cured but it's not getting fully cured. So is there any medicine which can remove it completely ?
