it looks too big an "internal hordeolum" to get resolved by medication. even if the pain subsides but the "bump" may remain will most probaby require surgical drainage under local anaesthesia unless it bursts n resolves on its own with hot fomentation and medications which looks to be slightly rare a possibility to me in your case
