A pencil lead in my forearm. No complaints r there. If it is not removed r there any future complications

It is a weak  point in body.it can get infected  & create  problems. It is best to have  it removed.

For how long it’s been there ? It’s removal depends upon the problems it s creating. In long term body may form a covering or tissue around that to wall it off. Body may reject it by forming tissue reaction around it and in those cases it needs removal.
Next Steps
Observe it for sometime and if problem appears consult a surgeon
