I have a small spot on feet bottom. It's painful . A couple of them are there on both the feet . It's just a spot like a mole but painful. It just had a extra layer of skin comparatively to the normal layer . When I chip that with a nail cutter . Later when i press over that region . It gives a pricking pain very badly or even when I walk
