Though the incidence of down syndrome is very  less but we should go for nT scan to rule out down syndrome .

It is compulsory to know the any chromosome abnormality of baby.So NT scan and double marker is compulsory to rule out the DOWN 'S syndrome.

NT scan is very important along with double marker blood test they will check the baby for downs syndrome. It is to be done in that particular period only.
