99 fever from last 2 months
I am suffering from 99.1/2 fever from almost last 2 months( around 15th March) cbc, esr, sgpt, typhoid, malaria.all normal on 2nd may and urine test showed 8-10 pus cells for which I took monural sachet which dint bring down temperature.dictor suggested Zifi 200 again for 7 days which I have already taken for 2 days now but no improvement in temperature. In between I was not having temperature from April 14th to April 25th then again it started.At tht point doctor assumed it could be stress related and gave petril .25mg which suddenly reduced my temperature and I was normal for 10 days.But now neither petril works also Crocin or paracetamol does not bring the temperature down anyway.no other symptoms

It seems you are suffering from infection as pus cell in urine culture. Continue treatment as prescribed by your physician and add this home remedy I'm your daily routine for 5 days to get complete cure. You can have it in a form of tea, by adding 1 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger to 1 cup of boiling water.Add some honey to flavour it, and drink this tea at least three or four times a day.Or you can also mix together 1 1/2 teaspoon of ginger juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Have this concoction two to three times a day for best results.

You can take some other anti pyretic as Medicine but before that find exact cause of fever
You can get done some more urine test
And blood test for proper medication
