My child is hvg temp 98 is this consider as a fever or normal pls confirm. I need your appointment pls let me know in which hospital you visit.

98 is not fever . Upto 99 is also normal. Above that and if child is feeling sick , you may give paracetamol else not needed. I think I  am not in your city. So I don't think you can come for a consultation.thank you for the trust.
