Dear sir I have 9mm stone in right ureter ,. Is it passed out with lot of water in take naturally?, or compulsory need surgery? Few time pain and vomiting are the symptoms but regularly. If any natural remides their help me sir . Actually I don't what to go for surgery

If your serum creatinine is normal, if you don't have features of urosepsis, if your pain can be easily managed with routine analgesics, a trial of MEDICAL EXPULSIVE THERAPY with Alpha blockers can be given. Stone can come out through urine with this medicine. If it fails, only then, you can udergo surgery.
