8 days old baby pooping in every 10 min

My 8 days old breastfeeding daughter pooping in every 10 minutes and poop is like yellow water only. pls suggest bisbit normal or do I need to consult and meet dr. personally

The most important thing is to maintain hydration. Breast feeding along with top feeds. Ors may needed.
Next Steps
antibiotics may or may not be needed. admission may be needed if she is not able to maintain hydration by oral diet.
