8.33 mm kidney stone in ureter

I'm diagnosed with a 8.33 mm kidney stone in the ureter and is 7 cms away from the bladder junction Is it possible to pass it naturally or does it need a surgery I am using Elements Uri flush syrup

In 60% of pts 8 mm stone usually passes out by medical therapy.. I will prescribe you medicines to flush out the stone. Take this medicines for 3 weeks and if the stone is still there then you will need to undergo surgery.. Drink 4-5 litres of water daily T. Aquazide 12.5 mg 1——-1———0 T. Urimax 0.4 mg 0——0———1 T. Drolgan 1——-0———1 X 3 weeks
