7 weeks pregnant, option for termination

Currently 7 weeks pregnant, had a C-section 14 months ago. Are medical pills safe for abortion, can contractions caused by pills affect the C-section scar, can it cause it to reopen as I read contractions are pretty strong! Also, do you advise medicinal or in clinic abortion at 7-8 weeks- Which is safer?

The scar on the uterus will not be in danger but there are other problems which may come up. My suggestion is that if you are going to have a baby in future then the right time is NOW. If you feel that you have completed your family then you should seek an MTP by D&E from a Gynaecologist who is working in a well equipped Hospital and who can manage all the emergencies.
