Here the diagnosis is of threatened miscarriage..
Generally G sac is seen by 5 to 6 weeks & fetal pole & heart beat 1 week later ..
Don’t worry..
We need to know the diameter of the G sac ..
Only when the G sac diameter is more than 25 mm without fetal pole than only we diagnose miscarriage..
In your case , we need to wait & repeat USG after 2 weeks..
