6 year old complaint about stomach pain

My 6 year old complaint about stomach pain around belly botton area. One month back when baby complained about pain we did ultrasound and multiple subcentimeter lymphnodes in abdomen and pelvis was found and after medicine baby was fine but now from today baby again complain for the same pain around belly button area since morning.

Cyclopam for stomach pain Encourage more liquids. Increase fibre in diet. Decrease dairy, non veg and bakery items
