6 weeks pregnant, HCG and early USG done

My LMP is 01/04/25..I have tested HCG in 2 times in 3 days interval..On 3rd May HCG: 10,500 and in 7th May HCG: 19,700..I have done TVS on 9th May.. report attached..Is everything going well or not? Kindly advise..I am taking medicines i.e Bifolate, Eco Flora, Isofit, Ecosprin 75 as prescribed.
