6 week pregnancy but no yolk sac

My pregnancy is 6 week but why there is no yolk sac and fetal pole . What does it mean , my right ovary was normal and left ovary was obscured .

This means that the baby is not growing fine At 6 weeks fetal pole  should be seen This is suggestive of Missed abortion
