51/2 week preg. stringy white discharge

I have been having extreme fatigue and some mild cramps here and there. Sometimes in lower pelvis sides. Sometimes in stomach which come and go feel like gas though bearable and dull pains. Stringy white discharge is also there and nausea is there too. Is this all normal?
