Hi, i am 5 weeks 3 days pregnant I have experienced light bleeding today and my doctor advised ultrasound. In ultrasound gestational sac was seen but no yolk sac or fetal pole seen yet. The doctor gave progesterone injection and medicine. Is this a miscarriage??
