5 month baby head shake back to forth

Hello, My baby is 5 months old. Today, while lifting my baby, their head shake back to forth and hit my shoulder. Will this cause any problem for my baby? Please advise.

As of now no problem but still monitor baby activity,  any vomiting or any unusual symptoms then consult with nearest doctor
