Dear Dr. My baby boy will turned to 6month old by 10th June need proper feeding chart for him. He seems under weight. Currently partially on formula milk 4times and twice a day breast feed. Currently am offering him 4 formula feed each of 200ml contains/mixes with apple puree or potato smash or moon dal 2-3 spoons depending on the consistancy in each feed. Is it sufficient diet or need more to add? bcz several times noticed him hungry even after had 200ml bottle feed. He poop 2-3 times a day mostly smooth greenish yellow but at times hard green or yellow are these normal? Please guide. Thanks!

Start with cereal and soft cooked thinly pureed fruits and veggies should be baby’s first solid food experiences.  Single ingredients only and at a space of 4 days apart with introducing each new food.u can add vegetables in the food like making khichdi with vegetables.
Next Steps
regularly monitor the weight of the baby and routine check up by pediatrician to be done

Start with cereals , like cerelac for 6 months old kid Try banana , curd mixed with fruit , mashed khichdi with ghee (1/4 TSF). After giving semisolids ,if he s hungry give formula milk . Cut down on milk ,it will reduce his frequency of passing stool Give breast feed . I hope it's helpful And keep a record of baby weight gain
