4th stage gallbladder carcinoma
My father having 4th stage gallbladder carcinoma...is there any real hope for cure or at least to prolong the survival period ??? Is it really 6-8 months or there's any hope and treatment to prolong this ?? Doctors suggested to undergo palliative chemotherapy...pls show me a way to overcome this situation as soon as possible ..
Gallbladder stage 4.
No cure can be expected.
With or without chemotherapy survival is about 6 months.
If ur grandfather condition is not fit u can opt for no treatment also at least he will have some benefit of spending time at home.
Plan: Best supportive care VS palliative chemotherapy.
