Surgery is a better option to take In ayurveda... agnikarma as a surgical procedure is there ,which has no side effects ,n reocurring chances will not be there N yes after this you need not to do any bandaging,no need of any oral medicines also Even don't need any anesthesia also Medicines will take time

Depends on what bother u most pain/swelling or discharge or aesthetics? It's not about single cyst which can increase in size n numbers so holistic approach would be great solution at ur age
