45 days and didn't get my period
It's been 45 days, I didn't get my periods and the pregnancy test is also negative.
My menstruation cycle is 37 days
I got my last period on 20th May and then gone through HSG process as suggested by doctor.
Experienced spotting between June 17 to June 22
Never happened earlier.
Am i pregnant?
Any chances that I can get positive results later?
What should I do? Please suggest.

Take meprate tab -1 tab tds for 2 days
If not pregnant periods will happen
If pregnant it will enhance the pregnancy
So both

If not pregnant then periods will be 10-12 days after this tab ( withdrawal bleeding)

No ur not if the pregnancy test is Negative
U need to get investigations done to find out the reason fr the delay
N take a medicine to help u get ur periods

Get a beta HCG test done to confirm pregnancy.
You can also get ultrasound scan done.

Wait for one more week, if you dont resume periods, repeat pregnancy test and if negative then use medicines to get your periods!
