My 3 months old baby have white discharge from left eye and eye is watery. When he wake ups from night sleep eye is fully covered by that dirt . White discharge becomes dry and very difficult to remove. Please suggest?

After cleaning the secreations with cotton and warm water..Tobastar èye drops 2drops each eye can be used for 2days.
Next Steps
If symptoms persists afte 2days plz do take her to a pediatrician.

Clean the eye with a warm soaked cotton.Do the Nasolacrimal duct massage and ask for an eyedrop if the above answers yes.

You should clean eye with cotton dipped in lukewarm water... Mostly it's due to lacrimal duct obstruction...
