39 years female suffering with fever since 1 day and evening mild chills,mild cold is present.i used dolo 650, Montek -LC now, please prescribe any antibiotic.temperature is 100.8

Most likely viral.get fever profile tested if fever lasts more than 2 days or goes higher. Every fever is not benefited with antibiotics
