Loop is not a problem as it's not around the neck .it's near to neck.

The loop of cord is seen near the neck It's not mentioned around the neck generally it  slips off in labour nothing to worry at all

Usually loop of cord around neck is given in scans and this scan shows loop of cord near neck if both are same then no problem
