Hi there,
I understand your concern.
Don't be alarmed. Toothache during pregnancy is common and can be managed. Pictures will help diagnose the reason for your toothache. Could be a cavity or wisdom tooth related pain. Kindly take up an online consult to get it diagnosed.
For now, it would be safer to manage the pain with plain paracetamol. Also it is advisable to take meds/painkillers approved by your gynecologist since she knows your obstetric history better.
You can get this treated after you deliver.
Health Tips
1. Warm salt water gargles will help reduce toothache. Can do it multiple times in a day as required. (one pinch of salt in a glass of lukewarm water)
2. Avoid spicy, hot, hard and chewy foods that can trigger/ aggravate the pain.
3. Use your right side for eating, till the pain settles.
