Hello I'm 35 weeks pregnant with placenta positioned at upper anterior with maturity level grade 3 and my amniotic fluid index is 4 . Baby weight is 2506+/- 350gm and baby heartbeat 148bpm My doc suggest me have c sec as soon as possible and also trying to hold baby till 36 week by providing water drip daily , Since last 2 weeks i was having thick white mucus discharge after pee and doc called that just as an infection  but since yesterday I'm having thick dark red bloody mucus discharge after pee I don't know what to do next Is there any chance to go for normal delivery ?

As you mentioned , "You don't know what to do next" , please listen to your Doctor and do what he has advised you to do.

AFI is 4 at 35weeks with all supportive measures. Beyond 36 weeks amniotic fluid will decrease further as you delay Normal delivery is risky as you might have complications during labour due to low amniotic fluid along with complications due to induction of labour Please follow your doctor's advice
