Hello sir/ mam ...I hv been recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes ...n my blood sugar before food is always low like less than 70 ...should I take metformin ?? Plz advise

What was your 75 g ogtt result. Fasting, and 2 hours post meal ,hba1c .these result will help to better understand whether u need or not.
