Hi Doctor - my son is 3 year old and having delay in speech i.e he follows our commands , respond to name, laughing, eye contact all are there. But we cant get what he is trying to say. But if we say some word he repeats that correctly

Speech therapy will help a lot. Also, hearing assessment for the child is required, even if the child responds to the commands.
